Dalian Shahekou District Centre Primary School Delegation visited Canada

Dalian Shahekou District Centre Primary School Delegation (principal Madam Zhao Yuhua and 5 students) visited Canadian schools (Ecole dela Cle-des-Champs, Parkview, Ecole St-Francois d’Assise, Ecole Assomption) from Feb.14-23, 2006.
Chinese children studied at the same class together with Canadian children, and slept in Canadian families to experience the different culture, and visited Ottawa, Quebec City and Vancouver to enjoy the beautiful nature of Canada. The mayor Mr. Richard Goulet of Granby interviewed the delegation, and accepted Chinese kids’ invitation to be a guest in their school when he visit China. The general director of School Board Huguette Richard interviewed the delegation. CBC interviewed the delegation about the experience to participated the international exchange project Kids to Kids. The best pleasantly surprised and memorable is the meeting with the Vicereine of Canada, Micheal Jean!
