1. What is required for the works to exchange or contest on www.k2k2k.org?
•
The children works cannot violate the right of others (copyright, portrait right and so on), or include horror, violence, eroticism and so on, which are not suitable for kids.
•

The pictures should be submitted in JPG or GIF format(640x480 pixels).

•
Please input your composition in English into the textbox directly. The English writings should be no more than 4000 characters.
• The video can be submitted in MPEG or AVI format. The size of frame is required to be 720x576 and frame frequency is required to be 25 frames/s. When submitted in AVI format, the video should be compressed in the form of divX 4. The length of the video should not exceed 5 minutes. Or send the original video to us.
• Allow 4 works of art,4 works of photography,and 4 works of composition to be submitted In Blue Time, Allow 4 works to be submitted In Red Time and Gold Time respectively, One work of funnies continuation may include 3 pictures.
  Above is the general requirement, and refer the detail according to the different activities notice.
2.What are the specific regulations on the copyright of uploaded works?

The author have the copyright of their own works and should ensure the originality of their works.
•
CSC Canada has the priority to publish, propagate and exhibit the works.
• The author who publish their works on the website www.k2k2k.org will be considered that they have already accepted all the terms and declarations. The copyright, other intellectual property right and all the related rights are protected.
• Without the written permission of CSC Canada, anybody cannot use the works, which have been published on www.k2k2k.org for commercial purpose.
3.How to submit your works on www.k2k2k.org?
•
Convert the format of works into computer file, and the ways are as follows:
•
Convert pictures to computer files by scanning.
• Take photos of handcraft works and handwritings, and then scan them.
• It's better to take digital photos of all works.
• Fill in your username to Enter “My Gallery” page on www.k2k2k.org, and choose one of the colorful stars to submit the works in different exchange stages.
4.How long will it take for the comments to appear after your application?
   Within two weeks.
5.How long will works be shown on the website?
   Unlimited.
6.How to search works?

Click the works list or reduction.
•
Search In Gold Time:
 

First choose Picture or Article, and then choose any one of Title, Username，Real Name, Teacher and School.

  Input the key word and then click “ Search”.
7.How to find your own works rapidly?
 •
Enter your own Gallery page directly.

  Choose Username or Real Name and input your username or real name
  Click “Search”

8.Can I participate in Kids to Kids without owning a computer, scanner, digital camera and vidicon?

Yes, of course. You may send your work to CSC Canada for help to convert it to computer file.
Notice for the mailed product are as follows:
The mailed works should bear clear indication of the theme, title, the name of the advisor, the Member information (the author's name, gender, age, nationality and the user name), and the direction of craft works. Write all the information clearly on the back with the ball pen (with pencil for the art works).
The size of works, which need to be mailed to us, should be no smaller than 5 inches. Please make sur e they are not folded, and there is no need to mount, and no return.
9.Who is the adviser ?
Adviser is the person who guides and helps you to join Kids to Kids. The adviser can be your teachers, parents, brothers, sisters or good friends.
10.How long will it take before I can browse my work after they are uploaded?

You'll browse your works immediately as soon as you submit it on www.k2k2k.org.
But you'll browse your works in two weeks if it is sent to us by mail .
